• Account & Authentication Information: When you create an account via Email Magic Link (OTP), Email/Password, or Google Single Sign-On (OAuth), we collect your email address, unique authentication ID, and public profile name/avatar provided by your identity provider.
• AI Creation & Content Data: We collect the prompts, character attributes (outfits, hairstyles, emotion intensities, color palettes), reference images you upload for background removal or character styling, and the resulting generated images, transparent PNG cutouts, and video animations.
• Payment & Transaction Records: Payments on Anime Chibi Art are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We receive confirmation of completed transactions, credit package amounts, and transaction reference IDs. We never store or have access to your raw credit card numbers or banking credentials.
• Usage & Device Telemetry: Log data such as browser type, operating system, IP address, referral URLs, access timestamps, and error logs to maintain system performance and prevent automated abuse.

We use the collected information for the following legitimate business purposes:

• Fulfilling AI Generations: Routing your prompts and generation requests to our GPU inference clusters to render chibi characters, background-removed PNGs, and motion video clips.
• Account & Credit Management: Maintaining your user session, tracking your purchased credit balance, and storing your saved character library.
• Customer Support: Responding to your questions, troubleshooting generation issues, and handling billing inquiries.
