Anime Chibi Art is a generative artificial intelligence studio designed to create, customize, and animate kawaii anime-style chibi characters. Features include:

• Text-to-chibi character generation with customizable emotions, hair, and clothing.
• Emotion dials for consistent facial expressions on locked character seeds.
• 1-click AI cutout tool to export clean transparent PNGs.
• Kawaii Motion engine to animate static characters into high-framerate MP4 video emotes.

You agree not to use the Service or enter prompts intended to generate, upload, or disseminate content that:

• Involves Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child exploitation, or non-consensual sexualization.
• Promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, terrorism, or illegal acts.
• Infringes upon any third party's trademarks, copyrights, patents, or trade secrets without proper authorization.
• Generates defamatory, libelous, or deceptive deepfakes designed to impersonate real individuals without consent.
• Attempts to circumvent rate limits, disrupt server operations, or perform denial-of-service attacks against our API endpoints.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unused credits without notice or refund.

6. Generative AI Disclaimer & Output Warranty

Generative AI systems rely on probabilistic machine learning algorithms. While we strive for exceptional kawaii aesthetics and consistency:

• Outputs are generated "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not warrant that generated outputs will be unique across all AI models or immune from similarity to other computer-generated imagery.
• You are solely responsible for verifying that your use of generated assets complies with local intellectual property and trademark regulations in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Anime Chibi Art, its directors, employees, or infrastructure partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your access to or inability to use the Service. In all cases, our total aggregate liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by you to the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct violating these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service following published updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
